Description
Day 1: Casablanca — Marrakech
Upon arrival at Mohammed V International Airport, our team will greet you and escort you to the heart of Casablanca. Here, you’ll visit the impressive Hassan II Mosque, the third-largest mosque in the Islamic world and a stunning example of Moroccan and Andalusian architecture built on the Atlantic Ocean. After a scenic drive along the Ain Diab Corniche, continue on the highway to Marrakech.
Day 2: Full-Day Guided Tour of Marrakech
After breakfast, discover Marrakech on a cultural guided tour. Known for its rich history and vibrant atmosphere, the city offers a blend of tradition and modernity. Explore the “Ville Nouvelle” built during the French Protectorate, stroll through the Majorelle Gardens designed by Jacques Majorelle and later restored by Yves Saint Laurent, and visit the Saint Laurent Museum.
Your tour continues at Marrakech’s iconic Koutoubia Mosque, then through the Kasbah District to the Saadian Tombs, the Mellah (Jewish Quarter), and the Bahia Palace. Finally, lose yourself in the colorful souks and end the day at the bustling Jemaa El-Fna Square, where musicians, storytellers, and entertainers transform the plaza into a lively carnival by night.
Day 3: Marrakech — High Atlas — Ait Benhaddou — Dades Valley
Journey south across the High Atlas Mountains via the spectacular Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2260 m). Stop for a guided walking tour of Ait Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous as a backdrop for Hollywood films such as Gladiator and Lawrence of Arabia. Continue through Ouarzazate (the “Hollywood of Africa”), Skoura and its Amredil Kasbah, and the Valley of Roses before reaching the Dades Valley.
Day 4: Dades Valley — Todra Gorge — Erfoud — Merzouga
After breakfast, head toward the Sahara Desert. Take a break at the dramatic Todra Gorge, then drive through Erfoud, known for its date production and fossil workshops. Arrive at the Erg Chebbi dunes for a camel ride to witness an unforgettable desert sunset before enjoying dinner and entertainment at your desert camp.
Day 5: Merzouga — Ziz Valley — Midelt — Ifrane — Fez
Wake early to watch the sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, travel north through the palm-filled Ziz Valley and Gorge, passing Midelt and the Alpine-style town of Ifrane. Several stops will be made for photos and relaxation before arriving in Fez.
Day 6: Full-Day Guided Tour of Fez
Explore Fez with a local guide, starting with a panoramic view of Fes el-Bali, the oldest part of the city. Visit the Mellah (Jewish Quarter), the Royal Palace with its golden gates, and then step into the vast Medina—listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site and the largest car-free zone in the world. Wander through vibrant souks, historic monuments, and atmospheric cafés.
Day 7: Fez — Chefchaouen
Travel through the Rif Mountains to reach Chefchaouen, the famous “Blue Pearl” of Morocco. Nestled between two horn-shaped peaks, Chefchaouen charms visitors with its blue-painted streets, Andalusian heritage, and tranquil atmosphere. Visit Ras El-Ma spring, browse local shops for souvenirs, and enjoy a leisurely lunch in a restaurant overlooking the Kasbah and Uta El-Hammam Square.
